Describe your business and how it was created.

We are a full service Electronic Recycler. We have been working in and around the E-waste industry for 25 years. We have seen its inception and evolution into a major industry. As the Southeast and especially South Carolina’s economy grew, we saw a great need for a responsible Electronic Recycler. Companies are very concerned with their sensitive data and partnering with a company they trust is vital. Also, with the environment such a concern today, Companies need the peace of mind that we provide, knowing that their equipment is not ending up in the wrong place. 

What services do you provide?

We offer free pick up, data destruction, and asset reporting. We provide a secure chain of custody to insure the data is safe. We offer 100 percent recycling with nothing being thrown away. 

What aspects of your company make it stand out from the competition?

First of all, there is no charge for our services. Most recycling companies charge a per pound service charge. Most companies do a one-step data destruction process. We do a 3 step. We first use a Dept. of Defense software overwriting program to destroy the data. Then we run the drives through a high powered magnet. Then we shred the drives using a state of the art shredding process. This process insures complete destruction of our customer’s sensitive data. Even though one step is considered acceptable we feel that our 3 step process gives our customers the pease of mind they deserve.

To what do you attribute your growth and success?

The growing demand for a responsible e-waste recycler attributes to the growth. The fact that we offer our expertise and services free of charge. That we have a great reputation for recycling responsibly. So many companies in this industry recycle the easy stuff that they can make money on, and the rest ends up in the landfill or being exported to countries like China. We pride ourselves on 100 percent tear down and recycling. Nothing ends up in the landfill.

Future plans? 

We are continuing to grow all over the Southeast. We are looking to do more onsite Shredding. We are also looking to add sort and separate facilities throughout the Southeast. This will save on trucking costs and allow us to service our customers more quickly.
